Apple Cider Pancakes

Apple Cider pancakes are the perfect recipe for these cool, crisp Autumn mornings.
2C Bisquick
1 1/4C Apple Cider
1 Tbs Cinnamon
1 tsp Nutmeg
1 Tbs Brown Sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla
2 eggs
Chopped apples Use your judgement
Mix all ingredients.
Fold in apples.
Use 1/4 C per pancake
